Free Trial & Demos

Saazy may offer a free trial or demo for eligible plans. During this period, users can explore the platform and evaluate its features before making a purchase. We recommend reviewing the product during the trial to ensure it meets your requirements prior to subscribing.


Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided that the service has not been used.

For the purposes of this policy, usage includes (but is not limited to):

  • Consumption of any plan credits
  • Sending messages or running campaigns
  • Activating automations or workflows
  • Using AI-generated features or integrations

If any credits or platform usage have occurred, the service is considered delivered and the subscription becomes non-refundable.


Subscription Payments

Once a subscription has been activated and usage has started, subscription fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Partial use of a billing period
  • Downgrades or unused features
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods if usage has occurred

Usage-Based & Add-On Services

Payments made for usage-based services, add-ons, or credits (including messaging, automation, AI usage, or third-party integrations) are non-refundable once activated or consumed.


Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle, in accordance with their refund handling procedures.
