Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Saazy (“Saazy”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Saazy platform, services, website, and related features available at saazy.tech. By signing up for, accessing, or using Saazy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use Saazy, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • Be authorized to represent the business or entity you register on behalf of

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities performed under your account.

2. Services Overview

Saazy provides AI-powered marketing and sales automation services, including but not limited to:

  • Lead capture and management
  • Campaign automation
  • AI-generated insights and content
  • Integrations with third-party platforms

Features may vary depending on your selected plan and usage limits.

3. Subscription Plans & Credits

Saazy operates on a subscription and/or usage-based model.

  • Each paid plan may include usage credits (e.g., messaging credits, automation runs, AI usage, etc.)
  • Credits are plan-specific, non-transferable, and expire at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated
  • Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly mentioned in your plan details

4. Payments & Billing

  • All fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan
  • Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways
  • You authorize Saazy to charge applicable subscription and usage fees automatically

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy (Credit-Based Condition)

Refunds are strictly limited and subject to the conditions below:

✅ Eligible for Refund

A refund request may be considered only if:

  • The request is made within the applicable refund window (if any), and
  • No plan credits have been used from the subscribed plan, and
  • No platform features requiring credit consumption have been activated

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Any plan credits have been used (fully or partially)
  • Campaigns, automations, messages, or AI features have been executed
  • The subscription period has already started and usage has occurred
  • The user failed to cancel before renewal
  • The request is due to change of mind or non-usage after activation

Once any credit usage is detected, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be issued at Saazy’s sole discretion only in cases of:

  • Duplicate billing
  • Proven billing errors caused by Saazy
  • Platform access failure where no credits were used and the issue cannot be resolved

All decisions regarding refunds are final.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund once credits are used
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Saazy for:

  • Spam, phishing, or deceptive messaging
  • Illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
  • Violating third-party platform policies (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, Google)
  • Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Saazy may integrate with third-party tools and APIs. We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or changes caused by third-party services
  • Data loss or disruptions originating outside Saazy’s infrastructure

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, while granting Saazy permission to process it solely to provide services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Saazy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle

11. Termination

Saazy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, including for unused credits.

12. Modifications to Terms

Saazy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Saazy’s operating jurisdiction.
